Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) is building on its long-standing commitment to deliver affordable, reliable and clean energy to its communities. The company officially opened its new Coleman Service Center during a ribbon-cutting event in late October.

Coleman village leaders, community officials and Wisconsin state legislators joined WPS employees to officially unveil the service center during the event. The new facility will help employees continue providing world-class service to customers across the region.

“We hope this facility also serves as a source of pride for the residents and local leaders who have welcomed us to the community,” said Dave Megna, senior vice president of field and system operations — WPS.

New location, same dedication to customer service

The Coleman Service Center includes 52,000 square feet of space to support field operations, customer service and support staff in northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The modern facility will enhance staffing for day-to-day operations and help WPS employees respond quickly and safely to urgent incidents.

The service center’s design will help maintain a highly skilled workforce for decades to come.
