Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) employees are adding to their support for their communities thanks to a record year of working safely. WPS employees are directing $5,000 donations from the WPS Foundation to Big Brothers Big Sisters and Wild Instincts.
The donations are part of the WPS Safety Charity Challenge, a companywide program to encourage employees to live and work safely while positively impacting their local communities. Employees have the opportunity to direct a contribution toward one of several charities at the end of each quarter when safety goals are met.
This winter, WPS employees were able to make two $5,000 donations. One donation recognized employees for meeting fourth-quarter safety goals, while the other was in honor of employees achieving record levels of working safely throughout 2025.
In total, WPS employees directed $25,000 toward charitable organizations through the Safety Charity Challenge last year.
